Alaria Kelp – Whole Leaf (Wild Atlantic Wakame) is harvested wild from the powerful tidal waters of the Bay of Fundy. Known scientifically as Alaria esculenta, this is one of the most delicate and sought-after brown seaweeds found in the North Atlantic.

Alaria grows in the mid-to-low intertidal zone, thriving in strong currents and constant water movement.
