Organic Whole Leaf Bladderwrack (1lb)

• 1 Tbsp dried whole-leaf Bladderwrack
• 2 cups hot water
• Optional: local New Brunswick honey or lemon

1. Rinse bladderwrack briefly under cool water.
2. Add to a mug or teapot and pour over hot water.
3. Steep 5–10 minutes, strain, and enjoy a warm, mineral-rich tea.

• 1 Tbsp chopped whole-leaf Bladderwrack (soaked 5 min)
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 small loaf or 4 slices bread

1. Melt butter and mix with garlic and soaked seaweed.
2. Spread over bread and toast or bake until golden.
3. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt or dulse flakes before serving.

• 1 handful (about 10 g) whole-leaf Bladderwrack
• 250 g spaghetti
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• Salt & pepper

1. Boil pasta and add bladderwrack to the same pot for the last 5 minutes.
2. Drain, toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Top with fresh herbs or parmesan if desired.
